Series Overview
This series is for women who feel a shift within themselves—an opening, a softening, and a call to return to their own well of wisdom. It is a time to pause, to refill what has been poured out over the years, and to remember that you, too, deserve to be nourished.
Like winter itself, this season calls us inward—to rest, to listen, to tend the roots that sustain us. The body, the nervous system, the truth at the core of who we are—all of it needs care so that when the light returns, what is meant to grow can take root and flourish. Because without truth, without foundation, no practice or intention can sprout or bear fruit.
Think of this as coming to a long table by the fire, surrounded by women who know what it is to carry, to give, and to rise again. Together, we will breathe, share, and rediscover the grounding, wisdom, and quiet magic waiting here for us.
Part I — Filling the Cup
This first gathering is a soft exhale. A chance to rest your hands, warm your heart, and remember yourself after seasons of pouring out. Here, we begin with gentle breathwork and reflection—listening to what your body truly needs. We explore the truth that caring for yourself is not selfish—it is sacred. It is how you return to wholeness.

With grounding breath, simple movement, and shared reflection, we remember that healing does not happen through doing more, but through deeper listening. Part IV — The Hearth Table
We close gathered around the hearth—the heart of the home, the heart of ourselves. This final sit is a celebration of nourishment and belonging. Through breath, gratitude, and shared reflection, we harvest the wisdom of what has been found here together. Each woman leaves with her cup full, her roots cared for, her flame steady, and the knowing that she is part of something greater—something ancient and beautifully human.
Tone & Imagery
Each gathering feels like stepping into a candlelit kitchen on a winter evening—bowls of warm food, herbal tea steaming, laughter mingling with silence. The table is long, the light is soft, the company is real. This is where we remember ourselves, tend our roots, and rest in the deep nourishment of being human together.
SOL/
A non-physical essence, it is a life-giving spirit — combined with the body and the mind, that makes the human whole. Often considered the essence of an individual’s identity and personality, the soul breathes emotional and intellectual life into sol-centered living.
ANCIENT WISDOM OF THE NOW
In my work, we turn gently toward the hidden parts of ourselves—the pieces we’ve tucked away in exile. Together, we bring them into the light, greeting them with acceptance and compassion rather than resistance. Through practices that draw from parts work, deep emotional re-patterning, and somatic techniques such as bilateral stimulation, tapping, and breath, we create space for these aspects of Self to be seen, felt, and welcomed home. This bottom-up approach honors the wisdom of the body and nervous system, allowing what was once fragmented to be integrated. In this way, we love the parts of ourselves back into wholeness, returning to the truth of who we are.
