You’ll learn how to become calmer, clearer, and more well-resourced, using tools simple enough to use between consults, in the OR lounge, or before heading home. This toolkit offers sustainable know-how to regulate, and feed your nervous system — restoring internal reserves and pouring vitality back into your doctor within.

Each 45-minute session is centered on learning by doing — breathing and practicing simple tools doctors can take back into daily life.
