Shaped by decades of tending to the human experience, this method draws from a wide range of integrative practices to support the re-union of mind, body, and soul. Together, we welcome and integrate the exiled parts to love them back into wholeness.

In this work, I hold space and listen deeply, tuning in to your unique energy. I then instinctively know which tools and path will best support you, always guided by your own inner wisdom that shows the way. Through presence, intuition, and years of embodied experience, I support your ‘re-membering’—gathering the parts of yourself and reclaiming your truth, and light.
